Refund policy

All products are digital downloads. No refunds or returns are accepted once you have downloaded or accessed your file.

We will only offer a refund or replacement if:

• Your file is broken, corrupted, or does not work as described

You received the wrong product 

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you have any issues. We follow the South African consumer Protection Act(CPA) for all valid claims.
